Community Youth Football & Mentorship Programme
A community-based football and youth development programme designed and delivered with Gators Academy, focused on vulnerable and underserved young people.
Beginning with a small group of participants, the initiative grew to support 42 boys and girls across multiple age categories. Activities were delivered throughout the week and provided a structured environment where young people could learn, interact, and participate in positive community-based activities while developing teamwork, discipline, and personal responsibility.

Inclusive Youth Football Pilot
An inclusive youth football pilot delivered with Hill Side FC, combining football, mentorship, community engagement, and safeguarding-focused activities.
The pilot tested a community-based football and mentorship model centred on local partnerships, parent engagement, and participant wellbeing. Thirty-six boys aged 10–16 years participated in structured football sessions and mentorship activities, with parents and guardians engaged from the outset.
